This list began as notes on my phone, then evolved into a Word document, and has now become this database. It’s made up of the places I have visited since moving to Manchester in 2017, and those I am yet to pop to. Those I have been to should have star ratings and some additional notes/Instagram links.
I've tried to organise these places by location and what they offer to make it easier to find something in a particular area. I.e. you can filter to find somewhere for coffee within the location Northern Quarter and see only results tagged as such.
If you spot places without a date but with a rating, it's probably because I couldn't quite remember when I went. And if there's no rating, well, that just means I haven't had a chance to check them out yet.

October 23, 2023 - Added coffee as a food type, enabling you to filter places according to this new meal option. Also added a TLDR which tells you if you should go or avoid like the plague.
January 7, 2024 - Added ‘Gains’ friendly column, tick means yes they have protein rich options.
